Let’s be honest, I’ve been working flat-out. Answering tickets at all hours of the day or night for nearly 20 years now. I’m older, I’m more tired, and I need to start getting some sleep.
That being said, the GraffitiSuite support hours will be changing effective immediately. I’ll still answer as quickly as I can if I’m at my desk, which may still be outside of those hours, but I’ve got to slow things down at least a little.
